Acceptance

By using IT Digital Hub’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal.

Projects requiring milestones must follow the agreed payment schedule.

Outstanding balances may delay project completion or delivery.

Upon full payment, ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

IT Digital Hub retains ownership of internal processes, methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools used during project execution.

Some services may rely on third-party platforms including:

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations caused by these third-party providers.

Failure to provide requested materials or approvals may extend project timelines.

IT Digital Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Fees for completed work remain payable.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where IT Digital Hub operates unless otherwise agreed.
